Sweet coloring and effects for sure, but everything's blowing at the exact same rate (which looks unrealistic). Have you tried placing the hair/hood/bracelet on different layers and animating them separately? Also, is there a reason the girl's fist is just a square? 
Maybe she has a back story about how she lost her fingers and knuckles-? Because that would be dope.
